What is the ChatPlace AI Agent?
The AI Agent is a trainable assistant that communicates on your behalf via Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram. It reads message history, studies your posts, analyzes comments, and learns on its own from your real data — no need for scripts or complicated interfaces.
Who is it for?

✳️ Note: If your account uses a lot of automated responses — such as scripted bot messages — the AI Agent’s training quality may be affected due to a large number of non-human interactions. Best results are achieved when there’s manual engagement with clients.
How to set up the AI agent
Setup takes just 1–2 minutes:
1.Log in to your ChatPlace account via this link.
2. Go to the “AI Agent” section, available on both the platform page and in the main menu.

3. Choose the account you want to connect: Instagram, a Telegram bot created via ChatPlace, a Telegram Premium account, or TikTok. See how to connect your account here.

4. Click “Create AI Agent”.

5. Select your agent’s role: personal assistant, support rep, or sales manager. This determines its communication style.

💡 You can change the role at any time, the AI will adapt automatically.
6. Train your AI Agent. You can upload ready-made files with FAQs, support and sales scripts, promotions, and discounts. You also have the option to describe your blog or company in your own words.
When you click “Upload Files” an area will open where you can drag and drop or add files containing information about your blog or company. You can add up to 10 files, each no larger than 30 MB. If your documents are larger, please compress them beforehand. After uploading, click the “Continue” button.

When you click “Describe in your own words” a window will open where you can describe your company or blog, provide information about products and prices, add the most frequently asked questions from your followers or clients, and answer them. The AI Agent uses your text for training. After entering the information, click the “Continue” button.

7. The AI Agent begins training immediately and creates a knowledge base from your data.

8. After 1–2 minutes, you can start testing your AI Agent by asking it questions about your blog or business. You can always add more information later through the “Add info” menu on the left.

9. Click “Launch” in the top-left corner to activate your AI Agent.

10. In the “Settings” menu (top-right corner), you can change the agent’s role, enable/disable training from ongoing conversations, enable/disable Quick Reply Buttons (recommended to leave this on). You can view the agent’s status or delete it permanently. 🙁

In the advanced settings, we recommend setting up Telegram integration, where the AI Agent will send notifications about questions it couldn’t find answers to. This allows you to receive alerts about follower and client requests that require manual responses. By toggling the “Universal prompt” switch, you will add these answers to the AI Agent’s Knowledge Base.

Supported platforms and integrations

The ChatPlace AI Agent can operate simultaneously on several popular social networks:
- Instagram and TikTok — full integration. The system analyzes your profile, messages, comments, and learns from this data to provide the most personalized responses possible.
- Telegram bots — works with all bots created via ChatPlace. Setup is quick and easy, but it does not analyze past messages since Telegram does not provide access to them.
- Personal Telegram accounts — supported with the condition that a Telegram Premium subscription is required. This is due to Telegram API restrictions.

Training and creating a personal knowledge base
The AI Agent doesn’t just react to messages, it learns from your own data:
- Profile and description — account name, bio, links, contacts. This helps form a basic understanding of the account’s theme.
- Direct messages — the AI scans the entire conversation history but automatically filters out personal, random, or spam messages. Only business-related conversations are used for training.
- Comments under posts — only those containing questions, feedback, or account-related discussions are considered. The rest are filtered out.
- Account content — posts, videos, stories. The system extracts information about products, services, offers, and stores it in the knowledge base.
- Information about your blog or company — you can upload this as files or text, which the bot uses during training.
Training takes 1–2 minutes depending on the data volume. You see progress in real time.
Testing and retraining
After setup, you’ll enter a test chat where you can:
- Ask any questions as if you were a client
- Use suggested templates to test key scenarios
- Manually input any answers the AI misses — it will remember and use them in the future

The AI Agent also can:
- Generate quick reply buttons directly in chats
- Build a structured knowledge base showing all learned questions and their sources (comments, conversations, etc.)
- Allow you to edit, supplement, and delete answers anytime
- Send you a notification via Telegram if it can’t answer a question, providing the full conversation context so you can add it to the knowledge base

Advanced Features
The ChatPlace AI Agent supports:
- Media handling — voice notes, audio clips, videos, photos, and images
- Message formatting — bold, italics, lists in Telegram
